Hi Alexey, I guess the "Attached" property in your ConnectionManager is false. ConnMan lists cellular service only when both "Attached" property is true and APN is not NULL. After disconnect, somehow it loses "Attached". I don't know why yet. At present, I need to reset "Powered" property to make ConnMan see cellular after disconnection.
