Please check that you have enabled forwarding on your machine
in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/<interface|all|default>/forwarding.
Forwarding is enabled by writing an '1' to that file. 'echo 1
> /said/file' works just fine.

ConnMan seems to enable/disable the IPv4 and IPv6 protocol specific
forwarding when tethering or delegating prefixes.
