It would seem so.. though ofono is pushing those as "fixed" when ipv6 protocol
is set.
However if I set ipv6-protocol in ofono and make connman to use AUTO-method
instead fixed it works just fine (same addresses is used with AUTO as it is
getting fixed by ofono):

So I guess almost everything but "Interface"-handling can be dropped from the
extract_ipv6_settings() to support only CONNMAN_IPCONFIG_METHOD_AUTO. Will
update the patch accordingly.
