There is no intention to set any limits on the number of services in
memory. ConnMan needs to present all available networks that can be
used, for WiFi this means providing and entry for each WiFi network in
range. Those not in range, WiFi or others, will not be allocated any
memory.
Note that the upstream functionality is different from some popular
deployments which intend to list all services ever used.

Only the services successfully connected to will be saved to disk with
ConnMan not placing any restrictions on how many services can be saved.
If this becomes a problem, a periodically run script can be used to mop
up the unneeded ones on an embedded system. An example script
demonstrating the idea of this external mopping up functionality was
sent by me to this list not so long ago.
