I had this same issue, but it turned out the problem was with my
driver and had nothing to do with connman. You can test to confirm by
calling wpa_supplicant directly like this:
wpa_supplicant -D wext -B -i wlan0 -c <(echo 'network={
ssid="dlink"
}')
You just change the "dlink" part to the SSID of your router. (You may
have to shut off connman first) Then watch your /var/log/syslog to
see the result. You'll also need to do "dhclient wlan0" to get an IP
address if it does connect.
You can also confirm your configuration... It should look like the
following and be a .config file in /var/lib/connman/:
[service_dlink]
Type=wifi
Name=dlink
IPv4=dhcp
