Thanks for your suggestion, unfortunately it didn't work. I think my
problem is not with wpa_supplicant, but with dbus or maybe something
missing in kernel.

I tried to run connmand in debug mode, but I could not find anything
for further searches (I think my error has number 95).

What are connmand requirements for dbus? Any specific settings?
