There should be a PropertyChanged signal sent whenever the IPv4/v6
settings have changed. Including on reconnect events. Sounds like a bug
if this is what happens, although the devil is in the details, like
whether the service has been announced in an ServicesChanged signal or
not. No PropertyChanged signals are to be sent before the the service is
known from a ServicesChanged signal.

Can you record the events with 'connmanctl monitor' and note when the
IPv4 details are missing?
