This patchset rewrites half of the existing man pages and adds 4 new ones, since the old ones were either badly formatted, incomplete or simply wrong. It also moves them under automake so that end users will see proper paths to connman's files instead of suggesting that they are probably under /var/lib/connman/.
I'm mostly concerned about naming the man pages for provisioning files, the current ones are quite a lot to write, especially since they are probably the most needed man pages in the lot.
