And now you should get an prompt asking for username and password, if things
work correctly.
I suppose ConnMan doesn't detect the portal. You can check what is going on by
enabling the debug for the web client and the the wispr code:
CONNMAN_WEB_DEBUG=1 ./src/connmand -n -d src/wispr.c
and post the logs here?
