Sort of. ConnMan's initial code for IWD support still works with IWD 1.0.

The ConnMan plugin needs to be updated, mostetely adding features
which IWD gained since then. Eventually, I will update the plugin but
don't hold your breath. If you need/want it done soon, please consider
to contribute to this project.
