Hi, How does the throttling work for the Connotea server?
I'm wondering because API calls that get refused receive HTML (rather than RDF or XML, which is not ideal to have to handle as a client). Would it be possible to get the server to return an RDF message when API calls are refused? This could also make the reasoning clear by providing a human-readable error message.
