Online chemistry bridging course for conservation

An online course for conservation was recently introduced by the the
South African Institute for Heritage Science & Conservation. The course
was developed to assist students approaching conservation from within
the Arts, and whom may be lacking the crucial perspective of chemistry:

"Bridging to Chemistry for Conservation"
Duration: a 4 month course
Course instructor: Dr Christian Dreyer
Course fee: USD770.00 / Euro680.00  (50% due upon enrolment)
Part bursaries: The Strimling Conservation Studies Fund has generously
extended a USD250 / Euro220 part bursary to each of the first 20
enrolments, received not later than 31 March 2017.
Chemistry kits: USD55.00 / Euro50.00 (excluding postage)
Registration: Already open for course starting on 3 April. Alternatively,
the student may also choose to enrol upfront to join either the 1 June
or 1 August 2017 intake.
