I have a favor to ask: we are looking for recommended reading or links that address the issue of protecting public art during major public events. Similarly, if you have a story to share or find yourself faced with a similar challenge I would love to hear how you overcome! Maybe you have a policy in place or a great manual you can share. Currently, I am thinking of cities with public art in the Right-of-Way and host major sporting or music events. But I can imagine that my vision is somewhat limited. You may have another type of event that impacts your artwork and repair budget.
