I'm a french photography conservator in private practice.

I have to roll a photography (baryta gelatino-bromide recent paper),
because it is a big one (1,30 x 2,50 m), it is unmounted (unless on a
japanese paper, 18 g/m²) and the owner doesn't have another way of stocking
it. It will be rolled on a permanent cardboard tube of 30 cm diameter,
which is the largest one I could find.

My question is very simple, but I'm not sure to have the answer : is there
a preferable rolling side, I mean : emulsion inside or outside the roll ?
