*Summer School: Ethnographic collections, aspects of research, preservation
and conservation*

Organised by the University of Antwerp - Department
Conservation-Restauration, King Baudouin Foundation, Flemish Interface
Centre for Cultural Heritage (FARO) and Et(h)nocoll.

Intensive 8-day programme focusing on the organic materials of ethnographic
artefacts, bringing together participants and experts in various
collaborative and interdisciplinary workshops. Including an excursion day
in the weekend.

Campus Mutsaard, Department Conservation Studies, University of Antwerp,
Belgium

23 - 31 August 2017



*Who*

Master students in Conservation Studies

Professionals, working in the field of conservation of ethnographic
artefacts with at least 2 years of experience.
Interested parties within the field, such as cultural anthropologists.



*Registration fee*

Students: 380 Euro*

Professionals: 480 Euro

*Students enrolled at the University of Antwerp are entitled to a refund of
150 Euro.
