I am conducting a questionnaire as part of a textile conservation masters degree dissertation for the University of Glasgow on the subject of Pacific barkcloth wet cleaning treatments. The purpose is to learn about the context and rationale for wet cleaning and to hear about the methods and skill sets being utilised.
