We have a desiccant wheel for dehumidification in one of our collections storage buildings and would like to know if others have a similar type of unit. The wheel is a silica gel type from Munters. The HVAC system is just under 10 years old, but the wheel itself has already been replaced. Our buildings staff is interested in communicating with other institutions to learn their experiences with similar units, and how they have performed.
