Risk Management for Collections Care
1-3 October 2017

This two-day workshop will explore the risk-based approach to collections care 
and application of risk management methodology in practice.  Participants will 
work on a case study involving a historic interior and collections.  In a 
series of practical exercises participants will learn to assess and rank 
collections based on their significance, identify potential risks using the 
QuiskScan methodology, analyse and rank specific risks, set priorities for risk 
reduction, develop options and discuss issues in collections care, such as 
strategic planning, prioritization and cost-effective resource allocation.
