National Gallery of Art: Contract Opportunity The Conservation Division of the National Gallery of Art in Washington is seeking a conservator for a contractual agreement to treat a group of four 19th century American paintings in the Gallery¹s collection. Treatment of these works of art is expected to commence in February 2018 and will take approximately 1 year to complete. All work on the paintings must take place within the confines of the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC. To be considered, candidates must provide a cover letter, resume and a link to an on-line portfolio accessible without the need for a Gallery reviewer to register for an external service provider.
