*Dennis Lee* talk titled '*Who's afraid of legal contracts*' follows on
from Dennis’s popular and accessible talk last year on copyright for
conservators, he will now give a basic guide to the benefits and
protections afforded by trading with legal contracts and terms and
conditions. The talk will also cover the pitfalls of not being protected by
legal agreements and how they might be used and brought to a client’s
attention.



Dennis Lee is a partner and head of intellectual property at the
Westminster-based law firm Bircham Dyson Bell LLP. He has extensive
experience in advising commercial and individual clients in the creative,
media, entertainment, cultural heritage, retail, fashion, IT and leisure
industries on various aspects of intellectual property, commercial and
corporate law, both from a contentious and non-contentious perspective.
Dennis has been rated by Chambers and Partners as a leader in the field of
intellectual property law.
