Dear colleagues, My name is Elena Zaccagnini, I am currently studying conservation at the the Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione e il Restauro in Rome (ISCR, http://www.iscr.beniculturali.it/) and writing my dissertation thesis about the problems of conservation of the work *Supercomponibili* (1967) by italian artist Sergio Lombardo, an artwork made out of a urea-melamine formaldehyde resin.
I would be very interested in collecting some data concerning the preservation state of the plastic materials that you have in your collections. Of special importance, in regard to the specific subject of my research, are the data about the biodegradation phenomena inspected on your plastic artworks. I would be very grateful if you could help me in the collection of those data. To this purpose, I edited a small survey which I expect that will take about 5 minutes to answer. I would be very thankful if you have time to answer it. If you would like to participate, you can find the survey by the following link: Survey link: https://www.survio.com/survey/d/A1G6B9G1B7J8M4H3F Many thanks for your kind cooperation and helpfulness, Kind Regards, Elena Zaccagnini Graduating student at Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione e il Restauro, ISCR Mail: [email protected] -- Elena Zaccagnini ****** Unsubscribe by sending a message to [email protected] Searchable archives: http://cool.conservation-us.org/byform/mailing-lists/cdl/
