In an album that is at least one hundred years old, thin photographs are adhered around their edges to thick board. On some of the photographs the edges have become detached. I have no idea about the adhesive used originally. Would wheat starch paste be suitable for readhering them or does anyone have a recommendation for a more appropriate adhesive? Thank you.
