We recently accessioned in several paintings that were made from food. The
food is basically a "pigment sauce". I’m not sure how we should store or
wrap the pieces. The food pigment is on a white primed canvas and the
paintings are currently wrapped in Dartek. I look forward to any
suggestions regarding storage, wrapping and handling tips for “food
pigment” on paintings.
