Greetings, I am a graduate student from the School of Information at the University of Texas at Austin. I am interested in the possible development of a disaster response app that would provide information and resources about material recovery and preservation in the case of an emergency situation such as a weather disaster event. We would want this app to cater to smaller institutions (less than 20 staff members) that may not have dedicated resources or personnel to tend to your collections in such situations. I am interested in discovering what you believe you have in terms of support and what you believe you still lack to deal with emergency situations.
