A 5-days
workshop on making your own karibari will took place in Yverdon-les-Bains,
Switzerland.
Participants:
The workshop is intended for paper conservators who
are interested
in Japanese traditional techniques.
Workshop fee:
The workshop fee includes materials for course materials and *karibari* (you
will be able to take it away with you
at the end of the course).
Cost:
Small
karibari (65 x 85 cm): 695.- CHF
Big karibari (106
x 160 cm): 1115.- CHF
Without
karibari: 385.- CHF
Application
Procedure: The workshop is open to paper conservators
with a
practical experience. Applicants should send us his/her
statement of
interest in the workshop.
Enrolment is
limited to 9 participants (deadline: 1. October 2018).
Language: the
course will be given in french. Translation in English and german possible.
