We are seeking dynamic and qualified object and archive Conservators with experience of working in a busy conservation laboratory to join the Wilshire Conservation and Museums Advisory Service, based at the state of the art Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre in Chippenham, on permanent variable contracts. We are looking for Conservators with a range of skills and specialisms to assist with commercial projects as they become available. The number of hours will be flexible and agreed with successful applicants depending on expertise and the projects available. At the current time we have hours available working particularly with archaeological metals and archive materials, but we welcome applications from those with experience in all specialisms for upcoming projects.
