Instructor: Sarah Smith
Portfolios for Prints will be focused on creating enclosures for stacks of
paper. Whether for holding a stack of family photos or a stack of prints.
Students will learn how to make a paper phase folder with a ribbon tie, a
paper phase folder with a hard outer case, and a full board lidded box. The
intention of this class is to launch students into thinking about archival
storage solutions. This class would be a good prerequisite to other more
complex box making classes such as Enclosures for Books.
