Co-hosted by NEDCC and FAIC Discounted registration for AIC Members A six-day hands-on workshop on the construction of Japanese hanging scrolls held at NEDCC's Paper Conservation Lab in Andover, MA. The program is targeted to Western paper conservators who can apply this traditional Japanese approach to craftsmanship to their treatment repertoire. It will also help to establish the foundation for those individuals who are interested in learning more about Asian paintings conservation. Painting/calligraphy samples will be provided by the instructor for the workshop or you may bring your own work to be mounted.
