Boa noite Renato, As traduções do Pidgin devem ser submetidas diretamente ao *upstream*[0], que é responsável pelo processo de internacionalização. Segue um wiki[1] explicando como funciona o processo. Ulteriormente ele será importado para o Launchpad.
