Thanks for all the feedbacks :-) @Sergio, usually our communication runs through IRC (e.g. #ubuntu-br- sc), Hangouts and Facebook. As you know, Brazil is a large country, then sometimes we have problems to share some materials (like cds/dvds, t-shirts, stickers, etc) due to the high cost. We also had conflicts about leadership in some substeams, once big contributors, but inactive for years, were trying to keep the leadership just for personal purposes. But all the problems we had we were able to solve directly with the subteams.
It is cool to work with a lot of people and subteams, but it consumes much time and dedication to keep the things working. Well, you guys are on LoCo Council, I think do you know what I am talking about :) After this re-verification process probably Marta and I will be leaving the Brazilian Community Council, since we are not having all the time needed to keep the things working on the team.
