Explore the field of Art Conservation by coming to the Garman Art Conservation Department's Fall Open House <https://artconservation.buffalostate.edu/news/fall-2019-open-house> <https://artconservation.buffalostate.edu/news/fall-2019-open-house>on Friday, October 25th from 5-8pm. Tour our graduate program at Buffalo State College and find out what art conservators do as they prepare for their careers in museums, cultural heritage sites, and private practice. View projects undergoing conservation treatment, ask faculty and students questions, and see our state-of-the-art conservation facilities and science labs. A wide range of artwork will be on display and demonstrations will happen throughout the evening. This event is a great opportunity for pre-program students to become familiar with our department, ask questions, and see student projects.
