​Hello Vicky et al, We have been having similar issues. I have managed to get through to PESL and the issues with contact etc are largely due to the main gentleman having injured his back and being in & out of hospital.
I know Kevin is back in this week and has been answering the phone so do try and chase your missed delivery. We have also struggled to find an alternative. Perhaps a coordinated approach to ordering from the states could be an option in the future? It is very difficult only having one option that we are all so reliant upon.
