Hi Kate,

I am not personally familiar with this product; however, from a quick search,
it sounds like they have a high pressure laminate surface (or maybe the entire
board?), possibly similar to some of the phenolic products on the market. If
this is the case, they could be safe to use. Perhaps others are more familiar
with these, but I don't think you have to discard the idea outright.

Hope this is helpful.

All best,

Pam

I have not used Trespa HPL panels, yet the SDS says the product is 70% wood
fiber so off gasing would be an issue.

Hi All,

Does anyone have any familiarity with Trespa HPL panels? Our Exhibitions
department is very keen on a wood veneer deck within a case. If anyone has
knowledge of this product and insight into their use within cases and with
collection material, I would love to chat. Please feel free to email me:

Thank you!

A separate part will focus on the conservation (storage, exhibition and
treatment) of these different photoreproductions.

The language of the courses will be English.

Maximum participants: 8

 Message:
Hello colleagues,

I am looking into ways that a paper conservation lab would produce calcium
bicarbonate solution.

Please could anyone doing this share the methodology for setting this up in the
lab; what equipment you use and how it is all put together. It would be helpful
to have as much detail as possible. For example, the brand of fish tank pump
and fish tank gas diffuser, just to get a picture of what is needed and to get
some idea of cost to implement.

Feel free to email me directly.

Many thanks in advance.
