I'd like to welcome Thomas to Red Hat, and to the Red Hat Developer Group. Thomas was born and raised in Switzerland. After his his comp-sci studies, he joined OTI, the company that built Eclipse. While there, he worked on the Eclipse JDT and did a stint in Canada with IBM Java VM team. For a while now, Thomas has developed more businesslike applications both on the client and server side. He is single and enjoys playing ice-hockey and/or golf a couple of times a week.
Thomas will spend the next few days getting to grips with the work that we have going on, and we'll be working out where he will spend the first 90 days next week.
