Two potential issues here: 1) This conflicts with the default sdn network (isn't an issue if osm_cluster_network_cidr is configured to avoid this conflict) 2) The Red Hat internal network uses a 10.0.0.0/8 which will conflict with the default sdn network and the Vagrant host network.
