Today in the ADB IRC Meeting[0] it was discussed to move to having a
code freeze date before releases to try and get more testing done.
The vast majority of sub-projects release every other week. This is a
release week, so the releases are occurring in Odd weeks.
Therefore, it is proposed that
Code freezes occur on Fridays in Even weeks followed by releases on
Thursdays in Odd weeks.
The next freeze would be on Friday 15 April.
The next release (after this week's) would be on Thursday 21 April.
