Today we did a build to consume those bits[0] and managed to get
cached images. Only issue we have now, even all the images are cached
but when I try to run openshift service it going to fetch other images
from docker.io (like pods and deployer images) instead of
registry.centos which again require net connectivity. So next plan
would be identify how we should make sure that in it should take
images from registry.centos.
