Just been talking to Jesse on this one and he reckons this should be
logged on here.
For a Continuum webapp running on Jetty (on Windows) - I noticed that
editing any resources results in files getting locked after the first
time they are saved.

Though I have patched this locally here, I am wondering if use of memory
mapped files should be disabled in Continuum trunk itself - thoughts?
