Continuum with apache

Hi,

        I'm using "Continuum 1.0.1" and I set the port of connection to
7070. My address is http://www.company.org:7070/continuum so I want to
map this to http://www.company.org/continuum. Someone know how to
configure it with "Apache 2"?
