Yes CVS is installed on the linux box.

I followed the instructions on
http://maven.apache.org/continuum/guides/mini/guide-linux-boot.html to get
continuum to run automatically on boot. In run.sh, I have also specified
RUN_AS_USER (buildmaster) where the user id happens to be a system user. The
system user has a home directory (/home/buildmaster) which is used by the
continuum for working-directory and build-output-directory. The directories
working-directory and build-output-directory are subdirectories within
/home/buildmaster.

I am not sure whether a RUN_AS_USER should be specified or not. Also, where
does the .cvspass get created?

Once gain, thanks in advance for your help.
