Hi Ted, First thing would be to make sure that the dancers have a good time. This has been a long haul through the pandemic, so people are just overjoyed to be in the same room moving together to live music. Complex dances, special moves, mind-twizzlers -- IMO this event is not the right time or place for these. Instead, just orchestrate your portion of the evening so everyone has the best time ever.
If those are the dances you are comfortable with, then go with them. They are all straightforward dances. I'm familiar with most of them. One thing: you probably don't want to call both Roll in the Hey and Butter because they both contain full heys. Again, I would concentrate on the gestalt of the evening and focus on everyone having a good time.
