I'm trying to understand exactly what you want. Some "beats" look to be
longer than others in your outline. In the following abc-notation style
text score, "|" indicates a measure boundry, "s" indicates hand shaking
and "x" indicates other notes/actions. Each note is followed by a
length - 1=quarter note, 2=half note, 4=whole note.
Were you thinking of something like this:
s1 s1 s2 | s1 s1 s2 | x4 | x4 | x1 x1 x1 x1 |
Contra tunes are typically written in 2/2 time - two beats per measure.
In the first measure above, "s1 s1" consumes one beat, and "s2" is the
second beat.

I would find a danceable tune and modify the dance to fit the tune. Or you
can think of a song or create words for the dancers to say and do the
dance
