Thank you all for your no-wait suggestions!  I have been thinking also of
other dance types where dancers who are 'out' can still participate in
certain whole-group figures.  I'm thinking of the big ring in CDS Reel by
Ted Sannella and what I call a 'paperclip promenade' as in Martha's Choice
by Gene Hubert.

I like to keep dancers active and involved.  Thanks again!
