Yes. You don't want your club to be a ome-man-band. Although plenty of
dance experience is usefulfor callers a club is very fragile if there is
no-one who can step in, read your notes and help the group remember what
you've taught them, in an emergency. And grow their skills so that if
you move away the group can continue.
