awstats creates a directory name here using the domainname after you have
traffic
ll /home/e-smith/files/users/admin/home/awstats/
you can force the creation by re-saving in the panel
the domain doesn't display in the panel until the dir is created
you will get 'empty' until awstats starts creating data in the directory
in the panel do you have
AWStats status: Enabled
Launch frequency:> 0
