The current smeserver-wbl server-manager panel is very functional, but is a bit
more complex than in needs to be in terms of the various lists that can be
defined and the verbiage used to describe these lists.
Simplifying the panel by consolidating lists and by using more descriptive
verbiage will make this contrib easier to use and will raise less question when
using it.
