the only thing the geneweb panel does is allow you to set a local IP for access
restriction
you can use the server IP to allow access on the LAN automatically
or use a db prop to change this to a client if necessary
having a panel uses resources in translators time
and dev time in updating the rpm with locale changes
other actions and fragments can be deleted
by using TCPPort for remote access
