Please see bug 4794, 3470, and 4482.
This contrib includes functionality detailed in the DAV Enabled Ibays Howto in
terms of templating, but the wiki page does not include any of thsi information
or details of implementing the Dav Enabled Ibay using the contrib. Indeed the
wiki page actually states
'This contrib only loads mod_dav for the httpd daemon and does not provide
other configuration templates or a server-manager panel' which is incorrect. It
also doesn't detail the FileEtag directive implementation.
I would advise merging the contrib wiki and the Howto
