First of all compliments on your contrib, but I have a few suggestions. I think
you need to rewrite the install script:

I think you should bootstrap the installation so you can easily configure what
configuration files to expand and what services to restart, you do not need to
list them in a script anymore.

On top of that I think you need to remove some code.

Remove ownership definition as this should be set in the RPM source itself.

 /bin/chown -R www:www /var/www/html/webaccess/tmp

I think you should also remove the database defaults from the installation
script as you set them by defaults files in the RPM.

For examples on bootstrapping you can have a look at some other packages, for
instance e-smith-php, or one of the others listed by:

 rpm -qf /etc/e-smith/events/bootstrap-console-save/
