On a 7.4 CD install this problem is confirmed:
--> Processing Dependency: python(abi) = 2.3 for package: python23-silvercity
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: python(abi) = 2.3 is needed by package
python23-silvercity
